JOIN US! On Thursday mornings from 10:30 to 11:30 am in an exciting new book study. We will be reading and discussing EMBERS, ONE OJIBWAY'S MEDITATIONS, written by Richard Wagamese. Wagamese is from the Wabaseemoong First Nation in northwestern Ontario and has been recognized as one of Canada's foremost First Nations authors and storytellers. He has authored 16 books. In this beautifully rendered book of meditations, you will be moved by the depth of the vulnerability he expresses, and we will learn some of the "wisdom ways" of the Indigenous peoples of this land.
We begin on Thursday, October 17th, and will meet for four weeks, October 24th, 31st and November 7th.
All are welcome! The book can be purchased online or at your local bookstore.
Study conducted by Rev. Linda.
Please RSVP to Rev Linda via the office at office@wildroseunited.ca
