Located in the heart of Calgary, Wild Rose United Church offers a variety of facilities that can cater to concerts, recitals, sporting groups, workshops, weddings, and community events. Our congregation adopts the attitude that the facilities should be used and useful rather than silent and empty. Rental of the property shall be of benefit to the community at large, and activities conducted by rental groups will be nurturing of body and soul and reflect the values of the church. Whether your event is for 5 to 300, we can help!
Other fees (if applicable)
Sanctuary Audio Mixer and Projection: $35 per hour – WRUC technician required
Wild Rose Hall Projector: $25 flat rate
Wild Rose Hall and Centennial Hall Audio Mixer $25 flat rate – $25/hr additional if technician needed
Mobile projector and screen: $25 flat rate
Microphones: $20 each
Laptop: $25 flat rate
Set-up and dismantle portable stage at a $50 flat rate
Custodial service: $50 flat rate
Building host: $50 flat rate
Event security, if required $25/hr – 3 hr minimum
• Kitchen when rented in conjunction with Wild Rose Hall: flat rate of $75
• Deposit to confirm rental: 25% of rental value – minimum $50
• Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of the event.
• Damage deposit: 25% of rental value – minimum $100
• The rental period includes move-in and move-out.
