Wild Rose Wellness Hub
Wednesday Morning Wellness Walks are on hiatus until the New Year.
Wednesday Morning Wellness Walks continue in the winter!
It may be necessary to cancel some walks due to serious cold, but winter walks can be very pleasant (see the smiles in the photo). Walkers still need drinking water, emergency contact information, and layered clothing and footwear with good traction. Walks begin at 10:00 am and are over before noon.
Walking is good for mental, spiritual, and physical health. Everyone is welcome, including friends, children, and pets on leashes. The walking pace is gentle to moderate. Carpooling can be arranged. Please contact office@wildroseunited.ca to be added to the list to receive the details about upcoming walks, or if you have questions or suggestions.
