Wonderful Wellness Wednesday Morning Walks Continue During
in the Spring and Summer, most of the time.
Spring is here! Let us enjoy Calgary parks and neighbourhoods as the trees leaf out and flowers start to bloom. Walks begin at 10:00 am and are over before noon. Poor air quality, extreme heat, or lack of a leader could cause an occasional cancellation.
Everyone is welcome, including friends, children, and pets on leash (except at the bird sanctuary). New walkers are welcome. The walking pace is gentle to moderate. The leaders will be careful to ensure that the pace is not too strenuous. We want everyone to enjoy the walk, sights, and conversation. Carpooling can be arranged; come whenever you can. Is there any interest in an occasional evening walk?
Please contact Judy Bergeson, Charlie Moore, or Dora DiLullo-Patten via the office at office@wildroseunited.ca to be placed on the list to receive a weekly email with the details about upcoming walks, to offer to lead a walk, or to make suggestions.
